Atlanta-area Publix sales I have my eye on. Need to compare against price book, and see what coupons arrived today (we get a special circular on Thursdays that contains the same coupons as the coming Sunday. Between new Publix sales, fresh coupons, and the prospect of only one more day of the work week, I love Thursdays.)
Publix Thur 11/6/08 - Wed 11/12/08
green beans 0.99/lb -- they were already looking very tasty last week, can't wait to take advantage of this sale!
Idaho potatoes 0.79/lb -- love it when loose potatoes are on sale instead of a bag! I might see what bulk cooking I might be able to do this weekend to take advantage
yellow or zucchini squash 1.49/lb -- not the greatest of prices, but it will still be cheap to add this to a meal
Florida grape tomatoes 1 pt B1G1
green bell peppers or eggplant 1.49/lb -- not a great price for green bells, but I might attempt something with eggplant this week
Simply Orange 1.75L 2/6.00
4-Grain eggs 2/4.00
**Kraft cheese 8 oz cracker cuts 6 oz 2.79 -- I only get the cracker cuts for work, we don't have a lot of sharp knives
**Pillsbury savorings B1G1 (C) -- with a coupon and half-off sale, now might be the time to try these. They might be great for last-minute party dishes, but I want to try them first.
Nature's Own bread assorted varieties (including organic) B1G1
**Nabisco premium saltine crackers B1G1
Pompeian olive oil 32 oz B1G1
Campbell's select soup B1G1 (C)
**Nestle toll house morsels B1G1 (C)
**pork spareribs 1.99/lb -- the husband will definitely be wanting to take advantage of this
**ground chuck 2.99/lb
**Smithfield smoked bacon 16 oz 2/6.00 (C) -- haven't tried this brand, might have to this week
There's also a coupon for a free 2L coke product with the purchase of a deli lemon pepper rotisserie chicken. If we end up doing this for dinner this week, I might snag a 2L of diet coke, I'm out at our house.
Key
** Definitely need to check out
B1G1 Buy 1 get 1
(C) Also have manufacturer's coupon
Please note that this is not a complete list of sales for Publix. It is simply the sales of interest for me, I hope you find it useful as well.
